What gets charged, and when
What exactly am I billed for?
One flat monthly price per workspace: $59 for Insight, $519 for Atlas. Sketch is $0, so there's nothing to bill. Prices are in US dollars and there are no per-seat or per-report extras on top.
When does the charge happen?
Plans are billed monthly. Your first charge goes through when you pick a paid plan, then it renews on the same day each month. The invoice lands in your billing panel and in your inbox.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Billing, and drop back to Sketch. No emails to write, no forms. You keep your paid features until the end of the month you've already paid for.
What happens to my data if I move down a plan?
Your boards and connectors stay put. Anything past Sketch's limits (3 boards, 5 connectors, 30 days of history) goes read-only until you're back under or move up again. Nothing gets deleted on the spot.
Can I switch between Insight and Atlas?
Yep, any time from the billing panel. Your new plan applies right away and your next invoice reflects it.
